What's a participant?
A participant is anyone who joins your rewards or loyalty program, example might be your customers, suppliers or your own employees.
Can I upgrade?
Absolutely, just visit our admin area and head to "Organization Settings / Billing" to pick your new plan.
Can I change my billing cycle from yearly to monthly?
Yes, the balance of your current plan will be credited to your new plan.
What happens if I go over my participant quota?
If you exceed your participant quota, you'll have 2 options:
To stay on your current plan. If you decided to do this, you will be charged the per participant rate for your plan per month for each participant over and above your quota. Any overage charges incurred will billed monthly. On paid-for plans there is an in-built default overage cap which you may override via your dashboard system settings.
To upgrade to a bigger plan. Upgrading to a bigger plan may cover your participant number.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club. Payments are powered by Stripe.
Is there a discount for yearly subscription?
Yes, we offer the option of paying on a monthly or annual basis. Monthly subscribers may close their account at any time, but we do offer annual subscribers a discounted rate in return for committing to a full year of service.
